All nine bedrooms at South Norfolk's Guest House are tastefully furnished and are moulded to suit different guests, from business class rooms to large family sized bedrooms. All nine rooms are completely non-smoking and are available with en-suite facilities, tea and coffee making facilites and colour televisions. The Oakbrook grounds provide ample off road parking and motorcycle lock points.

We offer a downstairs room suited for less able visitors (Dartford), and for those suffering from back problems we offer an orthopaedic mattress (Beech). Special diets are available, ranging from vegetarian to vegan to gluten free and many more (although advance notice must be given for some diets). Smoking is permitted in allocated areas of the property. We offer a soft drinks bar and evening meals.

A maximum of two pets are accepted by arrangment with an extra charge of £5 per pet. A child's cot and bedding are available upon request for the rooms Oak, Beech, Ash and Willow (every child under the age of eight is £7).

Oak (Deluxe) - First Floor A large, spacious en-suite room, with a fold away fourth bed if requested. This room is absolutely perfect for recreational visits or long term staying guests, it can accommodate up to four adults plus a baby. The room is situated upstairs and has character with beams showing through from the old school. We offer this room from £28 per person per night.

Beech (Deluxe) - First Floor A large, spacious en-suite room. This room is absolutely perfect for recreational visits or long term staying guests, it can accommodate up to three adults. The room is situated upstairs and has character with beams showing through from the old school. For people suffering from back problems there is also a double orthopaedic mattress. We offer this room from £28 per person per night.
